Fitness Diaries.

Going to start using this blog for tracking my fitness record as it happens.

Dec 30th:
Morning did Metis workout with pushups.

Food:
morning - nuts + grapes + ladyfinger
lunch - 2 roti + palak + gobi + 3 cookie +herbal tea
snacks - 3 cookie + Herbal tea
